In & Out Parking (M) Sdn. Bhd.’s main business is to secure the licencing rights to operate car parks. In return, In & Out Parking is able to offer landlords, building owners, and developers, competitive and attractive returns. Upon completion of a comprehensive study and assessment of a potential project, an offer will be submitted to landlords/building owners/ developers for review and acceptance. Offers submitted may be packaged as follows:

Fixed Monthly Rental Scheme

This is the most straightforward method of operation for all parties involved and therefore is most commonly preferred. In & Out Parking shall pay a fixed monthly rental to landlords/building owners/ developers for the rights to operate the car park under the terms and condition of a licensing agreement.

Profit Sharing Scheme

Profit is shared between all parties involved, based on a agreed percentage ratio (after direct operating expenses are deducted from the revenue collected).

Management Scheme

An agreed management fee structure is negotiated for a specific term. Details of this package are discussed with specifics on expenses and revenue.
